Emma O’Rourke Honoured with Leinster Jersey Presentation

Navan RFC were delighted to celebrate a proud moment for the club as Under-18 Women’s player Emma O’Rourke was formally presented with her championship-winning Leinster No. 8 jersey on Friday night at the Aviva Stadium.

Emma was a key member of the Leinster squad that successfully retained the PwC Girls Under-18 Interprovincial Series over the summer, producing consistently strong performances throughout the campaign.

The special presentation took place on the pitch at the Senior Men’s United Rugby Championship interprovincial clash between Leinster and Ulster, providing a memorable occasion for Emma, her family, and supporters from Navan RFC.

It has been a hugely successful year for Emma and reflects both her dedication and the continued growth of women’s rugby within the club. Her teammates, coaches, and everyone at Navan RFC are immensely proud of her achievements and excited to see what the future holds.
