18 Dec Festive Fun for Navan RFC U13 Boys
Navan RFC’s Under-13 Boys embraced the festive spirit with a fantastic Christmas Jumper training session held last night at St. Patrick’s Classical School, Navan.
Attendance was once again excellent, with both players and coaches going the extra mile to bring plenty of colour, creativity and Christmas cheer to the session. The enthusiasm on display reflected the strong spirit within the squad and the positive environment that has been built throughout the season.
A special mention goes to Gene Murray, who was voted Best Dressed Under-13 on the night and was presented with a voucher, kindly awarded by Coaches Brien and John.
The team now looks forward to a well-earned Christmas break, though not before one final challenge of 2025 — an away fixture against Skerries this Saturday, where the boys will be aiming to finish the year with a strong performance. Looking ahead to 2026, a number of Christmas training sessions (both pre- and post-turkey!) have already been organised to keep the momentum going.
The entire squad is firmly on Santa’s good list — and very much on the coaches’ good list too.
