Navan RFC Women’s 3rd XV faced a challenging evening under the Thursday Night Lights, going down 44–0 to Balbriggan in Leinster Women’s League Division 6.
Playing in difficult conditions, Navan battled throughout but were unable to contain a clinical Balbriggan side who crossed for eight tries on the night. Despite the scoreline, the squad showed determination and resilience against strong opposition.
There was a proud milestone for Aoife White, who earned her first Senior Cap, a fantastic achievement and an important moment in her rugby journey.
Louise Crinion was named “The Central Navan” Player of the Match for her work rate and commitment across the park.
The result leaves both sides level on points at the top of the table, setting up an intriguing run-in as the Division 6 campaign continues.
