19 Mar Navan RFC at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2026
Navan RFC was proudly represented at this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Navan, joining a fantastic mix of local sporting clubs, community groups, organisations and businesses in a vibrant celebration of the town.

The club had a huge turnout across all sections, with members from: Blue Dragons, Minis, Youths, Adult Men’s & Women’s teams, Club officers, volunteers and parents
All coming together to march as one group in the parade, a brilliant reflection of the club’s community spirit.
Participants gathered at the staging point at the Enterprise Centre Navan, before being guided into position by parade marshals.
The parade route brought the club right through the heart of the town; Along Trim Road into the town centre, Through Railway Street and Cannon Row.

Past the review stand on Kennedy Road outside Navan Shopping Centre, where groups were introduced by the Mayor, Padraig Fitzsimons
Finishing via Trimgate Street and Ludlow Street before dispersing near the Fairgreen
It was fantastic to see such strong support from across the club, with so many players, families and volunteers turning out to represent Navan RFC.
Days like this showcase what the club is all about; community, pride, and togetherness both on and off the pitch.
A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such a memorable occasion!
