09 May Navan RFC finalists in Meath Chronicle Community & Sports Awards
Navan RFC is immensely proud to announce that the club has been shortlisted in two categories for the prestigious Meath Chronicle Community & Sports Awards. These nominations are a testament to the incredible hard work and dedication seen across the club over the last three seasons.
Our Finalists
- Sports Volunteer of the Year: Edwina Connor A huge congratulations to Edwina on this well-deserved recognition for her tireless work and commitment to the club.
- Outstanding Achievement of the Year: Navan RFC Women’s Rugby Under the expert leadership of Women’s Head Coach Jackie Shiels, the women’s section has seen phenomenal success and continues to grow at an exceptional rate. This nomination highlights the strength of the women’s game in Navan, which has been described by incoming coaches as “going from strength to strength”.
The winners will be announced at a special celebration ceremony later this month:
