Fresh off an incredible, historic season that saw our Senior Women’s 1st XV lift the Paul Flood Cup, the production line of elite female talent at Balreask Old is spinning back into action. Whether you are a seasoned veteran looking to build on our success, a player returning to the game, or a complete beginner eager to try a new sport, your pre-season starts right here.
Pre-season training officially kicks off on Tuesday, 28th July 2026 at 7:20 PM, and we want you on the pitch with us!
