U17 Boys Finish 2025 in Style with Big Away Win

Navan RFC’s Under-17 boys delivered another outstanding performance on Saturday afternoon, running out convincing 53–15 winners away to Wexford Wanderers in their Leinster Youth League Group A fixture.

From the opening exchanges, Navan asserted their authority, dominating territory and possession and applying relentless pressure throughout the contest. Their attacking intent and physicality proved too much for the home side, as Navan crossed for a series of well-worked tries to secure an emphatic away victory.

This result marks Navan’s seventh win from eight league matches so far and sees the squad sit top of the Leinster League Group A table heading into the Christmas break. The team are also currently leading the North-East League standings, with just one fixture remaining to be played in the New Year.

It has been an exceptional season to date for this talented group, reflecting the commitment and hard work of players and coaches alike. The squad can now enjoy a well-earned Christmas break before returning refreshed and focused for the challenges ahead in 2026.
Well done to all involved on another superb performance.
